How the Unlimited Plan Works
Each calendar day you receive 1 GB of high-speed data on the TDC and Telenor networks. Use it for anything—navigation, uploads, video calls—until the gigabyte is gone. After that, your connection continues at 128 Kbps for the rest of the day.
At 128 Kbps you can still load maps, send and receive messages, check email and browse text-heavy sites. Video streaming, large downloads and voice-over-IP calls will not work well at this speed. Be honest with yourself about your usage: if you rely on video meetings or media streaming, a standard data plan with a larger bucket may suit you better.
The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC; that is a fixed moment in UTC, not midnight where you are, so check your phone's UTC offset if you plan around it. This is a data-only service—there is no phone number, no voice calls and no SMS included.

A standard data plan fits better if: you plan to upload large files, rely on video calls for work, or want to stream music and shows during downtime. Those activities burn through 1 GB quickly and crawl at 128 Kbps. If your trip exceeds seven days, the Unlimited family cannot cover it in one purchase—explore the Denmark for longer validity options and larger data bundles. And if you need a working phone number to receive calls or send SMS, the Denmark Voice includes those features where this plan does not.
Traveller Tips
- Download offline maps for Denmark before you leave—Google Maps and Apple Maps both support it—so navigation barely touches your daily quota.
