Why do my earnings show as "pending", and when will they be available?

A commission is recorded as pending as soon as the order is delivered, and becomes available 14 days after the customer starts using the eSIM. Since customers usually buy the eSIM before their trip, this can take a few weeks.
If the eSIM is not activated within 180 days, the pending amount is cancelled.
