Is an IBAN required? My country doesn't use IBANs.

No. In countries that don't use IBANs (for example the US, Canada, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, the Philippines), your account number, your bank's SWIFT code and the bank name are enough for a bank transfer.
Even easier: if you have a Wise or Payoneer account, you only enter your email address.
